Generally, the filing of the Divorce Decree resolves all issues, however, in many instances, particularly where minor children are involved, it is necessary to go back to court to modify the Divorce Decree. e.g. When one party or the other moves, loses a job, or changes jobs,  modification of child support, visitation or even custody may be necessary.  In some instances an uncooperative ex-spouse's behavior necessitates changes in the Divorce Decree, to clarify or perhaps eliminate provisions that are no longer working   Whatever the circumstances, we are here to help you.  Our office has successfully modified or successfully opposed modification of decrees as needed to help our clients meet their needs.

Our services extend beyond divorce to include adoption, guardianship and drafting of prenuptial agreements.  We also assist our clients in establishing paternity.  Establishment of paternity can protect the rights of both parents to ensure that custody is appropriately determined, that the noncustodial parent has enforceable visitation rights and that child support is set up for the minor child.
